Ideal for separating meat, cheese and other food items, very useful for freezing food and keeping it from sticking together or separating and thawing portions separately. These can be used with any type of vaccum sealer, commercial or domestic.

Rolls of acetate made of PVC, 150 transparent ones ideal for pastry or plating dishes (such as tartare) are sold in a format of 5 cm in height and 100 meters in width, so that you can cut the desired size according to the needs of the semifreddo, tart, cake, or for plating.

White adhesive tape 4,8cm wide x 125 meters long. Perfect results sealing off cardboard boxes.

300x300mm Absorbent pad for food packaging

These 130 micron, 350x800mm (35x80cm) vacuum pouches of polyamide and polyethylene composition are used with bell or professional type vacuum packers. These vacuum bags can be used for pasteurization at 80°C up to 30 minutes, but can not be used for sterilization or for cooking. For sterilization or cooking see our Boilable Vacuum Bags.
